Employer Recognition Awards and Networking Breakfast

Rochester Rehabilitation’s employment and job support training program Employment Connection, will partner with the Job Development Network (JDN) to recognize several area businesses during this year’s Employer Recognition Awards and Networking Breakfast Wednesday, May 21 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at 1000 Elmwood Avenue, on the Al Sigl campus in the gymnasium (enter at Door 1 and look for signs).

Employment Connection will recognize the following organizations for supporting or employing Employment Connection’s job seeking clients: Aerotek Staffing, E. J. Delmonte Corp., GCA Services, Strong Staffing, Lakeside Child and Family Center, Frank Rizzo Group, Wegmans, Volunteers of America, and West Irondequoit Central School District.

JDN – a collaborative group made up of many Rochester area agencies and employers – will recognize ABVI Goodwill, Wegmans, and CORE Staffing.

Event attendees will enjoy a hot breakfast and learn about programs and services for hiring managers including candidate screening process, coaching supports, and tax benefits and advantages for businesses.
