In January 2015, CP Rochester and Happiness House formed a passive parent corporation called Ability Partners, Inc. These two agencies have a long history of providing clinical, therapeutic, educational, recreational (adaptive sports), and residential services to people of all ages and abilities. By officially joining forces under this new parent corporation, CP Rochester and Happiness House have developed even greater efficiencies that benefit thousands of adults and children with and without disabilities in the Finger Lakes and Greater Rochester regions.

Happiness House, based in Geneva and Canandaigua, serves people in Ontario, Wayne, Yates, and Seneca counties. From its offices in Henrietta, CP Rochester provides services to individuals in Monroe, Livingston, and Orleans counties. Both agencies operate as separate affiliates of Ability Partners, Inc.; however, CP Rochester and Happiness House continue to align business practices.

In April 2016, Rochester Rehabilitation joined Ability Partners as a third affiliate. Founded in 1919, Rochester Rehabilitation provides employment and job support, driver evaluation and training, and mental health services. Along with CP Rochester, it is a partner agency of the Al Sigl Community of Agencies. Rochester Rehabilitation serves 3,800 people annually in the Greater Rochester area.

With the creation of Ability Partners, CP Rochester, Happiness House, and Rochester Rehabilitation have ensured that valuable community resources are now part of a stronger more efficient organization that people with disadvantages and those with and without disabilities, and their families in the Rochester and Fingers Lakes region can depend on for years to come.
