Job Title: Administrative Assistant - PROS
Location: Venture PROS – 975 Elmwood Ave
Salary $16.00 - $17.50/hr
Employment Full Time, 37.50 hours per week, Monday through Friday
Provide clerical assistance to the PROS Office Manager. Welcome and monitor all clients and visitors entering the program area. Calculate and manage all billing associated with the PROS program and coordinate with Rochester Rehab billing department.

Key Functions:

Monitor front door access to the building of all clientele and visitors.

Assist Office Manager with all designated routine office tasks on a daily basis.

Cover the front office duties daily for the Office Manager as needed.

Be fully cross-trained with the Office Manager to provide coverage during their absences.

Purpose: To provide patient-centered, high quality care management services in a timely manner to clients with complex chronic conditions by navigating systems such as primary medical, specialty and behavioral health care, as well as social services.
Key Functions:

Provides comprehensive care management services including: outreach and engagement; assessment/reassessment; development and implementation of initial and revised individualized care plans; consult with primary care physician, and other care provider(s); identify crisis intervention plan.

Purpose: The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Director of Employment Connections as well as to the Director of One Source Solutions to prepare and review reports, maintain departmental files, initiate purchasing for the departments, coordinating all building, computer equipment and phone maintenance.
