Job title: PROS Mental Health Advisor
Location: Rochester Rehabilitation Center – Elmwood Ave
Salary $22.50 – 25.00/hr
Employment Full Time, 37.50 hours per week, Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-
Guide a case load of 16-18 clients through the rehabilitation process by assisting each client in establishing and achieving his/her personalized life role goals.
-
Responsible for timely caseload documentation including concurrent development of clients’ individualized recovery plans (IRP), on-going progress notes, IRP reviews, and on-going assessment in accordance with NYSOMH regulations.

Participate in on-going development and implementation (teaching) of program curriculum based on clients’ barriers to goal attainment.

Coordinate outside referrals for clients as needed
-
Communicate with all members of the client’s treatment team to deliver a comprehensive coordination of care.
-
Responsible for the orientation and intake of new clients including comprehensive client assessments.
-
Adhere to Company policies and procedures to include being aware of the importance of Corporate Compliance Policies and the Code of Conduct. Staff is responsible for maintaining required certifications and licenses.

Attends necessary trainings and in-services, participates in department and agency meetings as required.

Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor/director.
Required Education and Experience:
-
Master’s degree in the human services field (preferred) and at least 2 years of experience in public or community mental health settings serving low income and culturally diverse populations. Bachelor’s degree required.

Licensure in New York State as a Limited Permit MHC, LMHC, or LMSW, LCAT required.
-
Demonstrated knowledge of a person-centered planning and ability to work as part of a fast-paced multi-disciplinary team.

Job Title: Quality Control Specialist
Location: Rochester Rehabilitation Center – University Ave
Salary $21.00/hr
Employment Full Time/12 Month, 40 hours per week, Monday thru Friday
Summary/Objective
Works with the Operations Manager under the direction of the Director of OneSource Solutions to ensure that the items produced within the department meet quality standards as identified by customers and included in purchase agreements. The Quality Control Specialist performs assessment, documentation and organization tasks to support the efficiency and effectiveness of RRC’s supply chain.

Essential Functions:
Imparts agency philosophy of “Equal Opportunity, Independence and Realization of Individual Potential” to children, families, program staff and community resources.

Inspects output samples using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions and examining functionality.
-
Perform durability, functionality and safety tests to validate product quality and performance using standardized methods.
-
Analyze quality-related customer concerns, collaborate on CAR/PAR, identify root causes and develop solutions to prevent recurrence.
-
Checking that assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures and complying with legal and ISO requirements.
-
Reviewing specifications to compare to produced goods.
-
Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works, wastes, and NCMR and inputting data in tracking mechanisms.
-
Assist with training the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence.
-
Proposing improvements to the production process/ISO system.
-
Monitoring the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and discard any that do not meet requirements.

Updating job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities and regular training.
-
Keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repairs.

Collecting and compiling statistical quality data.
-
Assisting in the development of test methods and inspection plans.
-
Maintains confidentiality of information relating to individuals and their families in accordance with agency policy.

Participates in conferences, workshops. Department meetings and in-service training as needed or recommended to enhance job skills and personal growth and development.

Adheres to agency’s policies and procedures as well as department guidelines.

Required Education and Experience

Associates Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field preferred.

Experience with ISO 9001 principles and practices preferred.

Two or more years of experience in manufacturing operations, or related environment.

Experience in quality control; basic understanding of quality control practices, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, notably Word and Excel; excellent verbal and written skills and ability to communicate concisely are required.
