Donor Information Collection and Use

We collect and use various personal information from donors that includes: amount donated, address, telephone number, donor comments and e-mail address. Tax laws in the United States require us to keep contact information and contribution level of donors on file.

Rochester Rehabilitation’s web site uses industry standard security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All information is stored in a secure database.

All access to donor financial information is strictly limited to professional staff who process the data. We provide the highest possible level of security and confidentiality by only using online payment processing services with world class security and strong reputations. We do not store, nor do we have access to, your credit card information, bank account numbers, or other account data sent to the online processing service(s).

Email Information Collection and Use

Your email address is only used to send you information that you have requested. . As part of our email marketing software, we allow you to elect to receive, or not receive, certain information from us. We adhere strictly to a permission-based email policy, with one exception (as mentioned above) we will not send you unsolicited email information, commercial offers or advertisements. We will not sell, rent, or loan our contact lists to any outside firms. Unsubscribe requests are fulfilled within minutes, and no further communications will be sent to users who have stated that they do not wish to receive the specified information.
