Designed to help individuals learn how to succeed and advance in the banking and customer service industry.

Class Information

Our current session is underway. However, we are accepting registrations for the next session, which will begin on May 18, 2015. Please complete a registration form to be considered for the next class by April 26, 2015. Once we receive your form, our workforce development manager will contact you with details and next steps. To view our registration form, please see Helpful Resources in the upper right of this page.

Location

Class sessions will be held at WorkForce Academy – 1357 University Avenue, Rochester, NY 14607; about a mile west of the East Avenue Wegmans.

Program Cost:

$1,495

Prerequisites:

Must be 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED® (Graduate Educational Development) certificate. Professional workplace attire is expected for all classes. Once completed, this program offers more than a piece of paper. It offers you the opportunity to become a highly qualified candidate with in-demand skills. Limited scholarships available based upon class prerequisites and admission meeting.
