SourceAmerica (formerly NISH), is the leading source of job opportunities for a dedicated and highly qualified workforce – people with significant disabilities. It's federally authorized to facilitate the AbilityOne® Program of which OneSource Solutions' Document Imaging and Janitorial Services groups are part of. The AbilityOne® Program fulfills contracting needs for the Federal Government, commercial businesses, and government contractors. As a member in good standing, OneSource Solutions can seek, on behalf of our customers, access to national markets for their goods and services. The provisions of the program enable a long-term supplier relationship, eliminating the need to re-compete the contract. While other commercial enterprises may compete against OneSource Solutions via a quoting process, by virtue of our relationship with SourceAmerica, our price quotes may be 10 to 15 percent higher and still awards will be extended to us over a commercial competitor. Contracts under the AbilityOne Program offer government customers high-quality products available through a variety of distributors at reasonable prices and delivered when needed. AbilityOne® service contracts offer a stable workforce dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction.

NYSID (New York State Institute for the Disabled) is a similar organization to SourceAmerica, but is New York State exclusive. For more than 30 years NYSID, a not-for-profit member agency organization, has been meeting the purchasing needs of State and Local government agencies while advancing employment for New Yorkers with disabilities. NYSID collaborates with member agencies to develop new products and services to meet government purchasing needs and foster jobs in our state. NYSID extends exclusive contracts to winning bidders for life, even though our quote might be up to 15% higher than a commercial bidder. OneSource Solutions is also granted the opportunity, if justified, to enforce minor (2% to 4%) annual increases to these existing exclusive contracts. NYSID customers include but are not limited to: SUNY School Systems, State Law Enforcement Agencies, Department of Justice, Department of Transportation, NYS Correctional Facilities, among others.
