Recovery-focused, patient-centered care
Millions of Americans suffer with various types of mental illness and mental health problems. These range from social anxiety to depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and personality disorders.

Rochester Rehabilitation offers a variety of mental health services for adults. Our guiding philosophy is patient-centered and recovery-focused. Services are designed to restore emotional well-being and enhance quality of life for those in need.

We provide specialized services and coordinated, effective care for all life stages, including acute, chronic, preventive, and individual mental health services for adults and children ages 5 and older. We support your independence, encourage family involvement, and will guide you in your treatment. Services include individual therapy and psychiatric evaluation.

Ventures Personalized Recovery-Oriented Services is a personalized recovery program designed to help you overcome mental health challenges, live well, and balance life roles.

Working with you, our team creates an Individual Recovery Plan, a roadmap that helps you move toward getting what you want from life. Whether your goals are work, social, living, or learning, we help you reach them with on-site clinical services.

Mental Health Center
Collaborative, integrated treatment
Once you're admitted, our experienced and trained professionals combine coaching with education about treatments available to you. Family, friends, and other supportive individuals are also encouraged to be involved with your care. At every stage you remain a collaborative participant in care decisions and an active, informed participant in treatment itself.

The Mental Health Center offers walk-in intake appointments on Thursday mornings from 8 to 9:30 a.m. with no referral required. Please bring a photo ID and insurance card.

Ventures PROS is a personalized recovery program designed to help you overcome mental health challenges, live well, and balance life roles.

Working with you, our team of professionals will help you create an Individual Recovery Plan (IRP). An IRP is a roadmap that helps you move towards getting what you want from life. Whether your goals are related to work, social, living, or learning, we can help you reach your goals with services and supports designed for you. We also provide on-site clinical services with a therapist and psychiatrist.

Office Hours
Office hours are 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Our offices are closed on most legal holidays and the Friday after Thanksgiving.
