Our Services

We offer five specialized programs spanning driver training, employment support, mental health care, adaptive sports, and workforce services — all built on the belief that every person deserves work, wellness, and independence.

DRIVEON

Driver training for all ages and abilities

A driving school in Upstate New York helping people drive safely and confidently for more than 45 years. Programs for beginner drivers, seniors, drivers with medical conditions, and safe passengers — with certified CDRS and DRS specialists and two Rochester locations.

EMPLOYMENT

Employment Connection

Helping adults with disabilities and other challenges find and keep meaningful jobs. More than 75% of participants secure employment for 20+ hours per week. Free services including job coaching, placement, and supported employment through ACCES-VR.

MENTAL HEALTH

Mental Health Services

Patient-centered, recovery-focused care for adults and children ages 5 and older. Two programs: the Mental Health Center (with walk-in hours every Thursday) and Ventures PROS for personalized recovery planning. Helping more than 800 people each year.

ADAPTIVE SPORTS

SportsNet

Adaptive sports and recreation for people of all abilities. A collaboration of the Al Sigl Community of Agencies, CP Rochester, and Rochester Rehabilitation — serving more than 6,000 participants since 1998 across the greater Rochester and Finger Lakes areas.

BUSINESS SERVICES

OneSource Solutions

An industrial work division of Rochester Rehabilitation Center with the goals of generating revenue and employing people with disabilities. OneSource encompasses both the Janitorial division and the Contract Manufacturing department of Rochester Rehabilitation Center.
