Stay Fit

This program is for individuals 18 years of age or older who can complete an exercise program independently. Certified staff will help participants set fitness goals, introduce equipment and create an exercise plan. Individuals who need physical or occupational therapy may join StayFit after their treatment has been completed.

SportsNet is an inclusive sports and recreation program of Rochester Rehabilitation. We are located at 1000 Elmwood Avenue on the corner of Elmwood and South Avenues (Door 6) on the Al Sigl Community of Agencies campus.
