Take Advantage of Our Two Warm Water Programs!

Aquability is a structured water exercise class held in a pool with temperatures 94-96 degrees. Participants enjoy an hour long class session with time for warm up, exercise, and cool down. Led by a trained instructor, the session is designed to increase range of motion and muscle strength and improve flexibility. See our Aquability Program Schedule for current class listings!

Ai Chi classes are held in a warm water pool with temperatures 94-96 degrees. Led by a trained instructor, participants enjoy an hour of Ai Chi - a body-mind technique focusing on deep breathing and patterned broad movements to promote relaxation while improving range of motion, strength and balance.
