Mike has brought a fresh approach and successful ideas for growing The Outsource. He led the effort in obtaining ISO 9001 certification and Lean Six Sigma for the Outsource. His 25 years of experience in private industry includes: 1) Sasib International; 2) Nu Kote International; 3) Bausch and Lomb; and 4) CPI business group at Eastman Kodak.
His experience gives him excellent credentials for any manufacturing and service business environment. Mike has a range of management abilities in varied disciplines including finance,marketing and sales, human resources, strategic business planning, negotiations, problem solving, and process engineering.
Mike's academic background includes: MBA from the Simon School, University of Rochester CQM (Certified Quality Manager) from George Washington University BS, Management of Human Resources, Roberts Wesleyan College AAS, Electrical Engineering, Rochester Institute of Technology
