Career Training Programs
We research and design training programs for in-demand jobs and with the ultimate goal of employment and retention. We work with community organizations to attract candidates motivated to complete training programs, thus increasing job placement outcomes. Students accepted into WorkForce Academy may be eligible for funding through a community partner, grant, or scholarship.
Designed to help individuals learn how to succeed and advance in the banking and customer service industry. (120 hours)
Created in partnership with ConServe – named by insideARM.com as one of the Best Places to Work in Collections – to prepare participants for a successful career in accounts receivable management and customer service. (120 hours)
Customer Service Certificate
Developed as a series of 12 interactive workshops to prepare participants for any industry requiring extraordinary customer service and effective interpersonal relationship skills. (36 hours)
OSHA Forklift Training Certificate
A certification course that covers OSHA regulations in a classroom setting and includes hands-on operation and instruction to help individuals become certified and successful operators. (8 hours)
Corporate Training Solutions
Our workshops are highly interactive and attendees leave with concept and application. We offer a complimentary training needs analysis to assist businesses in determining training requirements. Personalized customer service offerings with additional work place specific-training are also available. The following offerings are designed as a six-week, 12-session courses.
Extraordinary External Customer Service
Interactive, personalized training developed to improve customer satisfaction targets, enhance team-building skills within organizations, or improve telephone courtesy skills.
Premier Internal Customer Service
Work skill essentials for employees including: problem-solving techniques, moving conflict to resolution, giving and receiving feedback, and similarities and differences.
Our goal is to help individuals further explore their skills, abilities, and work-related interests with online job search, counseling, and more. We also help graduates find jobs with the assistance of our organizational and industry partners.
