Joan Donaghue
A former special education teacher, Joan demonstrates care and concern for individuals of all levels and abilities, everyday. At our OutSource location, Joan provides work assessment and employee support services. Previously, she taught youth with significant mental health disabilities for Hillside’s Halpern Education Center. Joan has a bachelor of science degree in special education. She also has master’s level coursework in literacy.
