Jeffrey Dulko, Ph.D., CRC, LMHC
Jeff provides training and technical assistance to staff in the area of vocational assessment, vocational counseling and psychiatric disabilities. Additionally, he coordinates the Welfare-to-Work and Ex-Offender Reentry programs. Jeff came to Employment Connection from the Region II Rehabilitation Continuing Education Program (RRCEP II) at SUNY Buffalo where he was an associate project director and a trainer in all areas of vocational rehabilitation services. Jeff has a doctoral degree in counseling psychology, a master’s degree in rehabilitation and bachelor’s degree in psychology. Additionally, Jeff is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
