Scott A. Pelow
Located in Syracuse, Scott performs driver training, vehicle consultations, and adaptive equipment and vehicle modification evaluations. He is also involved in the behind-the-wheel portion of the evaluation and works in collaboration with his colleagues to complete the driver evaluation service. Scott has a degree in education and is NYS Department of Motor Vehicles driver instructor certified.
