Outpatient Services has designed special therapy services to specifically meet the needs of employees and employers to:

• Prevent workplace injuries
• Assist injured employees so they may return to work at their optimal level of performance
• Work towards minimizing expenses for the employer

Services Provided

• Onsite Workstation Ergonomic Evaluation - An evaluation is performed by a licensed, experienced therapist who reviews an employee’s workstation. Recommendations are designed to maximize the employee’s performance and productivity, while making changes that are proactive in injury reduction. The goal is to minimize cost to the employer while insuring the employee’s safety.
  
  
• Job Task Analysis - This analysis allows employers to objectively review a task for actual forces; such as push, pull, and lift. In addition, the tasks can be categorized in accordance with Department of Transportation’s (DOT) standards for job demands.
  
  
• Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) - A thorough assessment is conducted of an individual’s physical ability, evaluated against the job demand. Results are an objective report of an individual’s ability demonstrated during the evaluation.
  
  
• Onsite Education - Our experienced therapy staff are available to provide educational materials and/or inservices to your staff. The therapist will promote the reduction of injury through fitness and proper body mechanics, techniques and ergonomic modifications.
