Services are covered in full or part by health insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare. For those without any coverage, fees are adjusted according to income and resources.

How to Get Services

Referrals can be made by a physician, nurse practitioner, dentist, or podiatrist. Any treatment requires a dated prescription.
