This short montage highlights several popular adaptive sports offerings by SportsNet. Held two to three times per year in Rochester, NY, SportsNet's Adaptive Sports EXPO is an event where people of all abilities can sample a menu of popular adaptive sports activities. Participants in this video try out golf, basketball, cycling, outrigger, and sled hockey. Skilled recreation therapists and volunteers are on hand to help coach and pair guests with adaptive equipment. This event is especially useful for physical and occupational therapists, rehabilitation specialists, service coordinators, teachers and caregivers to explore the variety of programs, services, and competitive team offerings.
