PDFTry Aquability FormSportsNet To Hold Aquability Try It Clinics
April 05, 2010Are you curious about Aquability?
Now you can experience all the benefits of Aquability during one of our new Aquability Try It Clinic sessions!
What is Aquability?
Aquability is a low impact movement class held in a warm water pool (94-96 degrees). Led by a trained facilitator, each session includes a warm up, followed by a series of exercises, and then a cool-down.
What are the health benefits?
Aquability exercises are designed to increase range of motion and flexibility. Water-based exercises can improve and maintain positive joint movements, increase joint lubrication, reduce pain, and combat stiffness caused by a variety of medical conditions.
Why should I consider Aquability?
If you have experienced backaches, arthritis, sports injuries or painful joints and are seeking a low impact activity to stay in good health, then you should try Aquability.
Spend 30 minutes with an instructor in our warm water pool to see what Aquability can do for you.
