Dr. Bradford Berk, chief executive of University of Rochester Medical Center, praised Rochester Rehabilitation's SportsNet program for its adaptive sports equipment. SportsNet - an inclusive sports and recreation program of Rochester Rehabilitation - has served more than 4,000 members of the community since its founding in 1998. People of all abilities participate in local sporting events and recreational activities such as cycling, outrigger canoeing and sled hockey through SportsNet's continued access to new adaptive equipment.
