SportsNet to Hold Adapted Sports Expo Wed. March 24

Don't miss SportsNet’s Adapted Sports Expo Wednesday, March 24 11 am to 2 pm in the Al Sigl gym.

SportsNet Adapted Sports Expos allow guests of all abilities to explore a variety of adapted sports programs that are offered during the year. Wednesday's Expo will showcase such sports as wheelchair basketball, sled hockey, adapted cycling, outrigger canoeing, golf, and power soccer. Skilled therapeutic recreation therapists and volunteers will assist guests in basic sports maneuvers and assess their ability to use the adaptive equipment

Expos are a great resource for:

• Rehabilitation Specialists
• Service Coordinators
• Occupational Therapists
• Therapeutic Recreation Specialists
• Phys Ed & Special Ed teachers

Future Expos:

• April 14, 2010 5:00 to 8:00PM
• May 8, 2010 10:00 to 1:00PM

(All Expos are held in the Al Sigl gym at 1000 Elmwood Avenue.)
