Wheelchair Fencing Clinic Aug 3, 6 - Registration Due
July 29, 2011Join us for a free wheelchair fencing clinic Wednesday, August 3 from 5 to 8 p.m. or Saturday, August 6 from Noon to 4 p.m.
SportsNet and Rochester Fencing Club have joined forces to host 2 free wheelchair fencing clinics in August. The clinics will be held at 1000 Elmwood Avenue in the gym. Enter at Door #1.
Co-owned by fencing Olympians Iris and Felicia Zimmerman, the Rochester Fencing Club hopes to create a Rochester-based hub for wheelchair fencing. This clinic is for anyone interested in recreational fencing or competitive fencing. (Minimum age is 6 years to participate.)
