Aquatic programs are held in a heated pool (temperature is 94-96 degrees). The
pool is designed to be accessible to everyone. Physician consent is a
prerequisite.
Aquability - is a structured water exercise class. Participants are led through a series of water walking, stretching, strengthening, and relaxation exercises assisted by the waters natural buoyancy effect.
Water Wellness - provides an opportunity for individuals to independently continue their personalized water exercise program after being discharged from physical or occupational therapy.
Ai Chi - is a body/mind technique similar to Tai Chi but it takes place in a
warm water pool. Benefits of participation in Ai Chi include improved
flexibility, range of motion, and decreased blood pressure.
