Robert Tobin
Mr. Tobin joined the Rochester Rehabilitation Board in 1996. He was the founder of Tobin & Associates, an information technology services firm, where he was CEO for 20 years. Upon retiring, he became a lecturer in entrepreneurship at the Simon School at the University of Rochester. He sits on many local boards and is past president of the Small Business Council of the Greater Metro Rochester Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Tobin resides in Penfield.
