Rita D. Metras
Ms. Metras joined the Rochester Rehabilitation Board in 1995. Upon retirement from Eastman Kodak Company, she established RDM Associates, providing human resources consulting services particularly to the non-profit community, and has advised many national organizations including the ERISA Industry Committee and the US Congress on matters of benefits and retirement planning. Ms. Metras resides in Webster and continues to volunteer for a number of not-for-profit organizations.
