Nancy E. Bowes
Ms. Bowes joined the Rochester Rehabilitation Board in 2007. She is a certified financial planner and is Vice President of Corporate Banking at First Niagara Bank. She shares her professional expertise with several local non-profits, and is a member of the Al Sigl Foundation Board of Governors. Ms. Bowes resides in Penfield.
