Jo Ann Armstrong
Mrs. Armstrong joined the Rochester Rehabilitation Board in 2010. She is a Paralympic champion and has been recognized locally and nationally for her many outstanding contributions to sports and our community, including the Jefferson Award. Jo Ann lives in Hilton and continues to coach the Rochester Rookies Junior Wheelchair Sports team that she founded in 1976.
