Mr. Bowen joined the Rochester Rehabilitation Board in 1984. He is a partner at Harter, Secrest & Emery LLP and specializes in corporate and not-for-profit law, ventures, mergers, and acquisitions. He was named a "best lawyer" in 2011 by Best Lawyers and serves on many charitable boards of directors, including the Al Sigl Community of Agencies. Mr. Bowen resides in Brighton.
