Germaine G. Knapp
Ms. Knapp joined the Rochester Rehabilitation Board in 2007. Capping a career as an educator of disabled children and an adjunct professor at RIT, she was the executive director of Sojourner House for 14 years before retiring in 2011. Ms. Knapp is a docent and lecturer at the Memorial Art Gallery. She resides in Webster.
