Employment and Counseling Services

Employment and Counseling Services offers individuals with disabilities and/or socio-economic disadvantages an array of employment programs and services. We also offer employers services designed to meet their recruitment needs.

These services are designed to assist individuals in identifying employment goals and give them the opportunity to participate in activities that will help them obtain their goals. Services are tailored to meet the individual’s needs.

Programs

• The Employment Connection
• Provides employers with pre-screened job applicants and other assistance designed to meet recruiting needs
• Professional job placement services to persons with disabilities and with socio-economic disadvantages
  
  
• Vocational Counseling Services at OutSource
• Provides vocational evaluation and job training for persons with disabilities in a supportive, light manufacturing environment

The Staff

The Employment and Counseling Services' staff includes professionals trained in counseling, psychology and other disciplines. Many have several years of experience in the job placement arena and are well connected to the employment and training opportunities available in our community. Staff are proficient in English/Spanish.
