How to Get Services

• Persons with disabling conditions that hamper his/her ability to work, without job site supports, may be eligible
• Documented proof of disabling condition

Referrals

• Referrals may be made through a human services agency, VESID (Office of Vocational and Educational Services for Individuals with Disabilities) or by self-referral
